The kindle delivery costs is quite expensive, i.e. $0.15 charged per megabyte.
If Amazon insist on their price table, at least they should make a identical and low price for the first megabyte or some specific amount.
Many books can become much much better by adding a few photos for reader's understanding. However, delivery costs stop authors to provide more photos, leaving readers a hard time to figure things out.
